Once a course or training program is purchased, the fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered if the course is canceled by Streamtribe before it starts.
Any registration or onboarding fee paid to join Streamtribe is non-refundable.
If you choose to leave Streamtribe, no partial refunds will be given.
If you face a payment failure (like double deduction), please contact us. After verification, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Earnings, incentives, or brand deal payments are based on performance and targets. These are not eligible for refunds.
